EDWEB WEBINAR
The Relationships That Help Us Become
Mentorship shapes more than careers. It shapes who we become. Join Dr. BethAnne Hines and fellow education leaders for a conversation about the relationships that build confidence, strengthen leadership, and help people grow with purpose.
What You'll Learn
How do you develop people, retain strong educators, build leadership capacity, strengthen culture, keep students engaged, and get better results from the systems you’ve already put in place? Relationships may be one of the most powerful leadership tools you have.
In this edLeader Panel, Dr. BethAnne Hines, author of Becoming Through Mentorship, joins two of the mentors who helped shape her journey to examine how intentional relationships help people grow.
The conversation will also examine an important parallel: What can the relationships that helped us grow teach us about the relationships we create with students? From adult-to-adult mentorship to the consistent connections students build with teachers, tutors, and other trusted adults, the panel will explore how trust, consistency, encouragement, and appropriate challenge can create conditions for engagement, confidence, and growth.
